Payroll
SASD pays its employees on a bi-weekly basis. Direct deposit is mandatory for all employees.
The payroll date includes the preceding two weeks of work, up to and including the Friday before the pay date.
The district uses an electronic timesheet for hourly employees (by clocking in and out at a KIOSK) and for staff to request payment for extra work that is not part of their regular duties (timesheet created on Frontline website as the work is completed). See links below for further instructions:
