  • Dependents can be on vision coverage until age 19 or age 23 if they remain a full time student.  You should receive dependent certification forms directly from the vision provider, to confirm dependents are full time students or click here: PSEA Dependent Certification Form (PSEA accepts the student’s full time schedule printed from their portal as an official enrollment verification form). If they are not full time students or you don't complete the form they will be removed from vision coverage.  The Vision provider PSEA will be sending out information for COBRA.
